Cancellation Policy
60 days’ notice: no penalty applied
59 to 40 days’ notice: Initial deposit retained (50% deposit to confirm the event)
Notice from 39 to 25 days: retention of the total deposit or invoicing of 60% of the event
24 to 15 days’ notice: 80% of the estimated amount of the event will be billed
Notice from the 15th day: the full value of the event will be charged.
