29 days before the start of charter service the penalty will be of 50%.
10 days before the beginning of the charter the penalty will be of 100%.
In case of adverse weather/sea conditions (wave over 1.8 meters) we will notify the
client and agree together on a different date for the charter service, otherwise 100%
will be refunded
